Ticket holder #2314065, from a devastated town in Northern NSW, has now received the news of her $1.4 Million Bribie Island home win!

After a gut-wrenching week of flash floods, community clean-ups, lost power and phone service, Carole and her partner thought their whirlwind week was finally coming to a close. Little did she know that some life-changing news was on the horizon.

With power and service outages in her hometown of Mullumbimby Creek, it took a few days to reach Carole. The news of her win could not have come at a better time. Following devastating floods, this almost serendipitous win has provided our charitable supporter with a new house on Bribie Island. The home features four bedrooms, a pool, large entertaining area, all of which has been styled by a professional interior designer.

Carole will also take home an additional $30,000 in gold as a $20 Champion Club supporter, a total prize value of $1,419,700. A long-time supporter of charities, Carole has been standing by the Surf Life Saving Foundation since she was rescued from a strong rip by surf lifesavers in the 1990s while swimming at Noosa. Now she is standing with her community as the clean-up is underway.

Exclaiming how grateful she was to have had this break away from the devastation, an understandably overwhelmed Carole voiced “’It has all been a bit much,”. Carole and her partner retired to Mullumbimby a few years ago, however, with fires tearing through their hometown two years ago and now, most recently, the floods, it hasn't been smooth sailing.

In spite of recent tragedy, Carole has shown her humanitarian nature, charitable spirit and resilience. It warms our hearts to transfer this $1.4 Million home package to such a wonderful woman.
