Pacific Palms Surf Lifesaving Club (PPSLSC) was established in 1986 at Elizabeth Beach in Booti Booti National Park and serves not only the local community but also the many holidaymakers in the Pacific Palms area. Pacific Palms Surf Lifesaving Club not only conducts beach patrols during summer but also operates an emergency response team for aquatic rescues across a wide area, from Jaynes Corner to Seal Rocks, including Wallis Lake, Smiths Lake, and Myall Lake. PPSLSC undertakes a number of activities beyond saving lives on the beach and waterways, we also run a community defibrillator (AED) program that places and maintains defibrillators in the Community which have been used regularly in medical emergencies. Known for its strong commitment to lifesaving, the club fosters a sense of friendship among both locals and visitors.
