“Is this about my card?” The first thing that came out of concerned Chris Collins* mouth after Carole, our Operations Officer asked if he had a minute to chat over the phone this afternoon.

Unfortunately, the question came as Chris was a recent victim of fraud. The attack left his account drained and Chris with the hefty administrative task of fixing up all his details.

Little did he know that this call could not be further from the unpleasant experience he recently went through. His recent financial luck was about to turn around.

Carole, had the pleasure of delivering the news to a very emotional Chris. “I have some great news for you today”, Carole said, and without missing a beat, Chris responded, “What is that?”

“We conducted the prize home lottery draw today. The winning ticket has your name on it.”

Chris was understandably in disbelief, “This isn’t a joke, is it?”

Carole confirmed that Chris had won a luxury $1.5 Million home in the relaxed suburb of Wurtulla on the Sunshine Coast, metres from the beach.

“I must have looked at that email over ten times.” An emotional Chris responded when asked if he was familiar with the prize.

The news just continued to get better from there. The stunning home has been fitted out and styled by Bungalow Home, with an interior valued at $173,189, and a cool $10,000 gold bullion is included in the grand prize.

As a $20 Champion Club member Chris will also receive $30,000 in gold bullion as his bonus prize.

When asked how this win will change his life, a teary Chris responded, "dramatically. It will change my life dramatically."

After the phone call, we received this message from a very grateful Chris.

I have just left work as I obviously cannot concentrate now. I will call you when I get home.

I still can’t believe it.
